Summer Fun!

Busy busy in our house lately. In the past month we took a trip to Clearlake to celebrate the lives of Randy's grandparents. We have gone to birthday parties and spent lots of fun in the sun days over at Drakes and gone to the zoo a couple times. We also had a 10 day visit from Gram who enjoyed seeing her little guys. Daniel started swimming lessons and has turned into such a little fish! He loves swimming and being in the water. Yesterday he went out on the boat with his cousins and took his first ride in the tube and did some knee boarding (about 10 feet worth!). He is loving preschool and meeting new friends. He can put his shoes on and is working on getting his pants on by himself. He is also diaper free at the moment. Not even pull ups at night. Hope it continues! Ryan continues to be such a mama's boy. If mama is in sight he must have access or he gets so upset. He still loves balls and is working on his throwing arm. He now loves throwing everything though; balls, food, cars. He makes a "vroom" sound while rolling cars around and just recently started getting into a standing position on his own. So close to walking, but not there yet. He did take a couple of steps a couple weeks ago, but nothing more since then. He also has a few words: mama, daddy, ball, poopy, doggy, ut oh, and thank you. He always says "thank you" when we hand him something. It sounds more like "tnk ooo". Cuteness.
