Spring fun!

Not enough time spent here lately. We have been just having too much fun! Ryan's first birthday, Randy's birthday, Daniel's birthday followed by Easter. Whew! All good and fun, but exhausting to plan. Lesson learned. I will start planning for Christmas in October, and birthday planning in January. Easter we spent at home looking for Easter eggs around the house. The boys got their Easter baskets and played with toys during the morning. Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house for dinner where Ryan likely ate more King Ranch Chicken than all of the adults combined. Okay, slight exaggeration, but you get the point. That kid shovels food into his mouth and we are in trouble. We had a playdate with local friends and fun with friend's from out of town, fun at a birthday party and two more birthday parties to look forward to in May, walks down the trail to feed the animals and time at the park feeding the ducks. Ryan is pulling himself up to standing like no one's business but isn't much interested in moving once he is there. He is most adorable lately showing off his awesome eye teeth with no middle top teeth scrunchy face smile. He also has many tricks up his sleeve. He sticks his tongue out on command, puts his hand over his mouth repeatedly and makes noise, spits raspberries, shakes his head side to side when mommy says no (and other times), raises his hand and his signature mocking of a puppy sounds at every given opportunity. He continues to freak out any milisecond I leave his direct line of sight. He is really just being hilarious. Updates on D are mostly noted in his birthday post. Because he just turned 3..how did that happen so fast?! He was just this skinny, squishy newborn and now he is this active, articulate and funny little BOY! Ah, the time goes too fast. Pictures!
